The UN Environment Programme is the global authority that sets the environmental agenda and promotes the coherent implementation of the environmental dimensions of sustainable development with the UN system. This webinar will assist prosecutors to increase their knowledge of environmental crimes and to better understand the convergence between environmental crimes and other forms of criminal activity. It will also highlight the importance of networks and the need for close collaboration between law enforcement and prosecutors to tackle this crime type.
