Terms of Admission

Thanks for your interest in joining the International Association of Prosecutors. Please familiarize yourself with the terms
of admission below and confirm that you meet the qualifications stated before you fill in and submit the application form.

The following organizations shall be eligible for organizational membership:

1. An Association of prosecutors organized on a country or a jurisdictional basis
2. A prosecution service organized on a country of jurisdictional basis
3. An organization, agency or foundation established for the promotion of crime
prevention measures and the functions of which are closely connected with the
prosecution of crime.

I am duly authorized to:

Make application on behalf of my organization
Bind the organization to the Constitution of the IAP
Commit the organization to the IAP Standards of Professional Responsibility and Statement of the Essential Duties and Rights of Prosecutors
